Latest bookmarked page is saved at the bottom instead of at the top of the bookmarks list

Reported by yens...@gmail.com, Jun 24 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up chrome and visit a website of choice and press CTRL + D to bookmark the page in a folder where there were some more bookmarked pages.
2. I opened up the bookmarked page from the bookmarks menu and found that the latest bookmarked page was at the bottom instead of at the top which would have been easier to pull up for reference.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Latest bookmarked page should have been saved at the top of the bookmarks long list instead of at the bottom.

What went wrong?
I opened up chrome and visited a website of choice and pressed CTRL + D to bookmark the page in a folder where there were some more bookmarked pages. I opened up the bookmarked page from the bookmarks menu and found that the latest bookmarked page was at the bottom instead of at the top which would have been easier to pull up for reference had it been at the top.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

It would be easier to handle when the latest bookmark folders are saved at the top instead of at the bottom of the bookmarks list.
