Issue descriptionEverything else uses the US/Pacific time zone. We should use one single timezone everywhere to make it easier to correlate events across sources.

Don't know which PM, but CQ logs are in cloud logging. One can select any timezone one wants there. So, from my PoV, this has already been fixed since at least 2017.

Ah, sadly, this isn't actually fixed, and it has annoyed us yet again in recent CQ outage (http://go/chops-pm-96). However, I don't think there is anything we can do about that except for not using service manager for CQ. |
