SSO IdP page being displayed when attempting to sign into Chromeos with an admin account |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: R50 to R52 and others. <b>Chrome OS Version: <From about:version: Platform x.x.x.x></b> Chrome OS Platform: Peppy(should be occurring on other platforms) Network info: Wifi/Eth0 Summary: The SSO IdP page is being displayed in Gaia Webview on attempting to sign in using an domain admin- SSO enabled account. Steps To Reproduce: (1) On a ChromeOS device attempt to sign in with an admin account belonging to a SSO enabled domain. Expected Result: The corresponding SSO IdP page shall not be displayed for sign in with admin accounts. Rather the regular Gaia password page shall be displayed. Actual Result: The corresponding SSO IdP page is displayed when attempting in How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always This issue occurs only on ChromeOS signin. It occurs on all versions of Chrome ie, from R50 to R52. This issue does not occur when attempting to sign in from my desktop with a chrome browser. Attached device logs and netlogs. Logged b/29621408 to track the issue, as this is most likely a Gaia issue.

This issue should be fixed by now. Fix is on server side, so affected users do not need to update Chrome or change channels. b/29990720

Verified with Peppy in M54. It's working now. M ChromeOS Chrome ARC Type Channel 54 8676.0.0 54.0.2819.0 3122209 release dev The corresponding SSO IdP page is not displayed for sign in with admin accounts. Rather the regular Gaia password is displayed. |
