More mysteriously, compiles are failing becuase they try to build 'crash_service', a target which doesn't exist anymore. I can't find any build config mentioning this. Maybe it's stuck on an old config and needs some kind of kick?

(We had issues related to crash_service and bots being stuck with old files in  crbug.com/607197 , but that only applied to testers.)
