Chrome OS Version: M53 8491.0.0-16.06.23

Steps to reproduce error:
1. Boot device for first use.
2. On Sign in screen, select "More Options">"Create new account"
3. Enter name, hit next.
4. Verify phone number.
5. Now you are on personal information screen. Click on the "Month" field to enter details.

Expected:
You should be able to enter the values normally

Actual Behavior:
The flow gets interrupted, screen goes dark and then it restarts at the beginning (sign-in screen)
