Android: Remove Android View dependency from ContentViewCore

Issue description

The goal is
-import android.view.View*;
-ViewGroup mContainerView;

And make it possible to create a ContentViewCore without passing in a ContainerView. Instead you'd pass in a Delegate interface for adding/removing views etc.
