Infinite window.history.back() causes browser breakage

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open new Tab
2. Go to a website
3. In console run the following: while(true){window.history.back()}
What is the expected behavior?
Own tab should be unresponsive / throwing an error notice. Should not impact the ability of other tabs.
What went wrong?
All tabs become unresponsive. Cannot navigate to new pages. Causes processor to overheat. Cannot close browser.

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Update: Still causes rapid processor overheating. Can now close the offending tab however other tabs are unable to be closed and the browser becomes unresponsive to quit actions. Seems to still be some issue.
