[Settings, Appearance] "Customize fonts" should be "Custom fonts"

Project Member Reported by shrike@chromium.org, Jun 23 2016

Issue description

The subsections in Appearance are "Themes", "Font size", "Page zoom' - these are nouns. The subsection title "Customize fonts" is a verb/action. "Customize fonts" as an action is more appropriate for a button - when I see it I want to take action but that's not the purpose of the title (because "Choose font types and encoding" is the thing I click to take action).

I'd vote for "Fonts" or "Fonts customization" if we want to make it a noun, but good catch.

+srahim: Any thoughts on the proper text for this case?
