"Choose what to sync" option has no use with the new sign in flow.

Project Member Reported by jnaveen@chromium.org, Jun 23 2016

Issue description

ENVIRONMENT and STATS
Chrome version: 52.0.2743.49
OS: All desktop

REPRO STEPS
1. Install Chrome
2. In the first run sign in page check "Choose what to sync" option.
3. Sign in and click "OK, GOT IT" in the confirmation dialog.

ACTUAL RESULTS
Signed in to Chrome.

EXPECTED RESULTS
Since the user has checked "Choose what to sync" option, advanced sync settings dialog should be displayed or the option "Choose what to sync" should be removed from the first run sign in page.

ADDITIONAL INFO
Advanced sync settings can be accessed by clicking the "Settings" link in the confirmation dialog though.
