Quick menu is not seen properly via long tap/touch on Search field of chrome://history.

Chrome Version: 53.0.2777.0 (Official Build) cd5f1c60daa702f416e719edf13358571e0bf084-refs/heads/master@{#401526} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows 10

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://history.
2. Long tap/touch on 'Search' field and observe.

Actual: Quick menu is not seen properly. 

Expected: Quick menu should be seen properly.

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-50, since this feature is seen from build no-50.0.2638.0

Note: This is touch device specific issue same works fine via mouse click.

Able to reproduce the issue on win10 chrome version 53.0.2777.0
