Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2777.0 (Official Build) cd5f1c60daa702f416e719edf13358571e0bf084-refs/heads/master@{#401526} 32/64 Bit. Windows(7,8,10),Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4),Linux(14.04 LTS) Steps: 1.Launch chrome,navigate to above chrome://md-settings,'Sign in to chrome' with valid credentials. 2.Click on 'Sync' option,uncheck 'Sync everything',click on 'Learn more' link of Credit cards and addresses option. 3.Switch back to chrome://md-settings tab and observe. Actual: After clicking on learn more link, 'Credit cards and addresses' option gets unchecked. Expected: After clicking on learn more link, 'Credit cards and addresses' option should not get unchecked. This is a non-regression issue,seen from M-53 series as as 'Credit card and addresses using Google Payments' option appears from build # 53.0.2770.
