bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)

[DID] menu (the button right to address bar) -> help -> about Google Chrome
[EXPECTED] goes to "about chrome" page (should be "chrome://settings/help" for the new material settings)
[HAPPENED] goes to an error page with ERR_INVALID_URL (chrome://help/ , which is deprecated)

[WHAT] make contents in "About Chrome" of the new material settings selectable + copyable
[WHY] make it easier to copy version number
