Reported by ps.sant...@gmail.com, Jun 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the browser
2. On the place where you enter URL, copy past the file download link. I was trying to download some file and it looked like (https://bugzilla.xxx.com/attachment.cgi?id=57788)
3. The file downloads successfully.
4. The page will not be changed as this is a file download link and the file downloads successfully.
5. After file downloads, try to click on the tiles (of other website)
6. chrome wont respond

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should be redirected to the website

What went wrong?

Summary: on entering download link, chrome will not longer respond (was: on entering ddownload link, chrome will not longer respond)
ps.santosh: That isn't the normal Chrome download shelf. I guess you're using some extension to manage downloads? Could you try disabling that extension, and see if you still have the issue?

ps.santosh: Per my earlier comment, that isn't the normal Chrome download shelf. I guess you're using some extension to manage downloads? Could you try disabling all extensions, and see if you still have the issue?

Missed that you can't repro the issue. If you can't repro at all, I don't think we can take any action here. Not at all clear what component is misbehaving.

Going to close since the issue is not reproducible. If the problem can be reproduced in the future, without any extensions, please file a new bug for it. Thanks.
