Issue descriptionChrome Version: 53.0.2777.0 (Official Build) cd5f1c60daa702f416e719edf13358571e0bf084-refs/heads/master@{#401526} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10) URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/color-enhancer/ipkjmjaledkapilfdigkgfmpekpfnkih Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://play.google.com/store/movies/details/The_Good_Dinosaur?id=6gTUcTFxFIo&hl=en 2. Play the video, scroll the webpage and observe the black transparent layer. Actual: Black traces observed on scrolling the web page. Expected: Black transparent layer should cover the whole webpage. This is a non-regression issue seen from M-34 build no.34.0.1751.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11.5 chrome version 53.0.2777.0 Could you please let us know if we have to add the extension mentioned in the URL to repro the issue. If yes, adding it will also display a blank white page at bottom instead of black patches Could you please mention the mac os version you have tried

If this only reproduces with that extension installed, it sounds like a bug in that extension. dmazzoni/aboxhall - is this a google-maintained extension? If so, do you know if your team owns it?

Renaming bug to make it more clear what this is about. I don't think there's any way to apply CSS filters to a page and not sometimes get artifacts. I'd like to make the color enhancer built-into Chrome too, just like High Contrast.
