OS:Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5,10.11.4),Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Pre-condition: ‘Bookmark’ bar should be visible.
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/advanced
2. Scroll down the page and click on ‘Reset’ section such that overlay is seen and then resize browser window from bottom to top.
3. Observe reset overlay at the time when scrollbar vanish.
Actual: Weird flickering of reset overlay observed.(i.e. overlapping of reset overlay and bookmark bar is seen)
Expected: Flickering should be not seen and ‘Reset’ overlay should be seen properly.
