In Switch person window, on clearing username field, red underline is not seen.

Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2776.0 (Official Build)07025e9df358bb0249550d6124b9817333421fc0-refs/heads/master@{#401299} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) Precondition: Enable 'Material Design User Manager' flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, click on avatar icon in top R.H.S and select 'Switch person' (Switch person window opens). 2) In Switch person window, click on 'ADD PERSON' (Add person overlay is seen). 3) Clear the username field and observe. On clearing username field red underline is not seen. On clearing username field, red underline should be seen, as empty field is invalid. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-51 series (Chrome version: 51.0.2674.0) Note: The above mentioned flag is available from build no: 51.0.2674.0.
