What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> launch browser>> launch some apps (Files.app, Gallery.app, Hangouts, Camera.app)>> Click on switch window icon>> and observe the tabs

Expected: On switching to Switch window icon, the new UI of tabs is seen (Refer screenshot)
Actual: Earlier the UI looks different (Refer screenshot)

This is a regression issue as it is working fine 52.0.2743.41/8350.31.0 beta channel daisy.

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Note: Can someone from Engineering team please inform, this is an issue or working as intended?
