Non-Regression : Mid click is not working for "Open all" link in chrome://history

Issue description

Version: 53.0.2776.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Sign in to chrome so that history of other devices is synced 
(2)Now Go to chrome://history page ->click on "Synced Tabs"
(3) Now mid-click using mouse wheel on "Open all" link and observe  (Please refer Video)

Expected: Synced Tabs should get opened on mid click("Open all" link) using mouse wheel 
Actual: Instead  Mid click is not working for "Open all" link


This is Non-Regression Issue Seen from M-51 as "Synced Tabs" Feature is introduced from 51.0.2678.0 Build

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.11.5 using chrome latest Dev M53-53.0.2776.0. Observed middle click is not working for "Open all" link under chrome://history/ synced tabs.

This link is moving into a menu soon as a menu button (which don't support middle click).
