A window should open showing all the data that must be cleared from browsing history

Instead a blank window opens up with nothing

Pushing control + shift + delete should open up a dialog to clear history and other data, it is a shortcut which makes it possible to skip all the other garbage and clear history immediately. It should take you straight to the screen to select what data should be cleared

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest canary M53-53.0.2778.0. Observed a blank setting page opens by pressing Control + Shift + Delete. Since this is a new UI issue requesting someone from UI team to look in to it. Thanks!

Known issue, but in the meantime you can use chrome://settings-frame/clearBrowserData for the old UI or access the new UI via chrome://settings with the Clear Browsing Data button in the Privacy section of Advanced.
