"never save password for this site" doesn't work, Chrome keeps asking every time

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. log on banking websites, specifically in my case https://banking.sparkasse-stade-altes-land.de 2. chrome offers to same password (yes/never) 3. after clicking never you can repeat the action (reboot, close Chrome - nothing has affect) the prompt turns up again What is the expected behavior? No password saving prompt, after I clicked on "never". What went wrong? Repeating password saving prompt, though clicked on "never" for specific sites (bankaccount) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This was fixed recently, and the fix is likely not in version 51 yet. Could you please try with version 52 (current Chrome beta) or newer? If you can still reproduce, please respond on this bug. In the meantime I'm duplicating this against the bug with the original fix.
