I created a form on Google Forms: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1BhqYXCRLwXbWXA_3xf4XFLo3ULx5ixg_mpxiOiBGpJ0/viewform This time, vertical direction works fine but horizontal show part of the month (before both horizontal and vertical had this problem). An screenshot is attached.

Is this reproducible with other date pickers? e.g. Date picker used in event editing view of Google's calendar app.
,
Jul 11 2016
No, the date picker in Google's calendar app works fine in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Is there any other app you want me to try?

Confirmed a similar bug with Nexus 4. With Nexus 4, we can scroll the calendar, but we can't stop scrolling at the middle of months. So users can't select dates which were invisible at the beginning.
,
Jul 25 2016
We found that we couldn't scroll the calendar if changing the device orientation while the date picker was shown.
