remoting-me2me-host-mac.zip is missing from GN Mac build

Project Member Reported by dpranke@chromium.org, Jun 22 2016

Issue description

See, e.g.: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/Mac/builds/16995/steps/archive_build/logs/stdio

It looks like the plumbing is all there and we have the .zip target on linux, so we just have to tweak it a bit.

Okay, I was mistaken. It looks like non of the mac plumbing for the installer is there yet, and it still needs to be ported.

zijiehe@, can you look at this ASAP? We'd like for things to go out in M-53 but this is a problem.

Scott can you take a look please?

FYI there are a bunch of templates to help with creating Mac bundles in //build/config/mac/rules.gni. Let me know if you need help setting this up.
I've posted a work-in-progress patch to https://codereview.chromium.org/2093393002/ that fills in a bunch of stuff, at least, I think, though I don't really know what I'm doing ;)

This won't make M-53, so I'm clearing the label.

I'm going to try tracking ship-blocking things via the label "Proj-GN-Migration-Ship" (instead of Proj-GN-Migration) as suggested w/ a conversation w/ laforge@ and the monorail folks a while ago.

Querying for "Proj=GN-Migration%" should still return bugs for both labels, and this will allow us to filter out rollup things more easily, so that we can use blocking just for things that are truly blocking other bugs.

I think this is fixed now.
