New Material Setting - Sidebar open by default

Issue descriptionI stared at the page for 30 seconds before realized I needed to engage the hamburger button to get to the rest of my settings. What was before a single simple page is now many pages. I think that's a bit unfortunate itself, but maybe that's just because I've been conditioned for it. But at least keeping the sidenav expanded would help discoverability.

Maybe I'm not understanding, but that's not what I'm seeing (see attached). The bottom most thing is "On Startup... [3 radio buttons]". There's nothing below it. The only way to reach the other sections is via the hidden-by-default sidenav. I'd tell you the version I'm on, but chrome://help/ doesn't exist anymore...

Hm, could you try closing the "Personal appeal" bar? I'm worried that it is accidentally covering the "Advanced" button. (Note that once you dismiss it, the bar will stay hidden until you restart your browser) Also, could you share your version from chrome://version? Working on fixing chrome://help already!

Google Chrome 53.0.2774.3 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) Revision e80153a949f227018f3dd09780c271949074888c-refs/branch-heads/2774@{#7} You're right. If I dismiss the banner, I can see the Advanced reveal button. Seems like there's probably not an issue here then.
