Issue description1. From MD settings, choose Customize fonts > Encoding. 2. Try to use the dropdown list Expected: The old popup is tall enough to show 20 items at once, and is not bounded by the window Actual: The new popup is only tall enough to show 2 items at once and is uselessly confined to the window 53.0.2774.3 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
