UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to either https://manage.windowsazure.com or https://www.facebook.com/ 
2. If Chrome is not maximized, you won't see bottom of whatever page you're on. And if it is maximized, it goes under the Windows 10 taskbar (this might be an optical illusion based on the former).

What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to see the bottom menu (in attached screenshot) of Microsoft Azure and I should be able to see Facebook Chat windows minimized. 

What went wrong?
I can't see the bottom of Microsoft Azure (in attached screenshot) and I can't see minimized Facebook Chat windows.

Did this work before? Yes It worked before I got on Windows 10.

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
