Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2743.49 (Official Build) 01329c89b0a4e83f6481fd5f600b520719a25c9f-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#441} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) URL: http://ku.ac.bd/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/pdf-sample.pdf What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to above URL, copy any text and paste it in page number field. 2) Press Tab key and observe. On pressing Tab key, the page number field value should be '1' (should not be empty). On pressing Tab key, the page number field is empty. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-47 series (Chrome version: 47.0.2522.0)
