Broken Link in Design Document

In the Design Document about implementation of HTML5 video, the links to audio_renderer_base.h and video_renderer_base.h source files are broken.

Maybe we should migrate that page to a README.md file in the code base, and https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/video should just redirect to that doc?
