Steps To Reproduce:
1. Add Cast to Chrome.
2. Launch Chrome and go to http://www.sina.com.cn/.
3. Connected cast to TV.(OK)(5/5)Display sina page on TV normally.
4. Launch http://slide.tech.sina.com.cn/d/slide_5_453_69396.html#p=1 and click Cast this tab.
5. Click Cast this tab on http://www.sina.com.cn/.
6. Repeat Step 4 and 5 for 10 times.(NG)(1/10)Only display black screen on TV. 

Expected Result:
Change tabs and TV display normally. 

Actual Result:
Only display black screen on TV when connected Cast and keep changing tabs.
