Cannot copy paste in Office.com

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 46.0.2486.0
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :HTTP://www.office.com
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:IE11 IS OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a word file in http://www.office.com
2. try pasting a text into file using context menu
3.

What is the expected result?
the text is pasted

What happens instead of that?
It says I have to use shortcut key


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Looks like not a chrome specific issue as the behavior is same on FireFox as well on a Win 7 and Win 10 machines using latest stable 51.0.2704.103.
Could you please let us know if it used to work prior if so when/which milestone, to help further triage it.
Looped respective dev group to further input on this.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This is Office.com issue rather than Chrome issue.
Edge also shows message box to use shortcut key. ;-)
