CARET: caret height is weird when image and text are in the same line |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2704.84 What steps will reproduce the problem? <div contenteditable="true"> <img src="https://www.google.com/images/branding/googlelogo/1x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png">abc </div> Even when you move the caret at the text, the caret is still very tall. Nothing wrong with usability, but a bit ugly especially when image is huge. Originally filed at b/25000751 (google internal).
