AVDA: Can't seek when fullscreen video quad is blended

When a <video> element has a style requiring blending (eg. http://jsbin.com/qiyiqi/19), we don't schedule an overlay. Instead, frames are advanced only when outstanding VideoFrames are deleted.

In this mode, seeking routinely does not complete.

I can't repro this anymore; I suspect it was fixed by the CSS changes in  issue 618753 .
