Pasting the following url hangs the renderer process

Issue description

Version: Version 53.0.2767.4 dev (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Paste the following url in the omnibox:

https://developer.android.com/reference/android/bluetooth/BluetoothGatt.html#setCharacteristicNotification(android.bluetooth.BluetoothGattCharacteristic


What is the expected output?
Navigates to the website and I can use the website.


What do you see instead?
Renderer process just hangs. After a while Chrome asks me to kill the tab.

Reproduces in ToT as of today.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11.5 chrome version 53.0.2785.8 and canary - Page is not rendered and after some time AW Snap is displayed.

Same is observed in firefox browser as well (Unresponsive script)

Seems the issue is not specific to chrome browser. 
ortuno@, Could you please check the same in other browsers and update your observation.

Removing Te-NeedsFurtherTriage as we(TE) is adding this label when issue is out of TE scope

I tested on safari and was not able to reproduce.
Components: UI>Browser>Omnibox
Components: -UI>Browser>Omnibox Blink
Could not reproduce a problem on Win Dev.

Even if I could, this is not an omnibox issue.
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Can't repro anymore either.
