How should credit card **** prefix be shown?

I'd say the mocks (full-sized *s) are right, unless Alan gave different guidance to Hector separately.
Just dug a little into this to see where the dots come from. The dots are actually a single unicode character '⋯' that is used in the old settings and also in the "Save credit card" bubble. I would like to wait until Alan gets back to clarify on this issue before we make a change because it might involve also updating the bubble (for consistency). There is also a similar discrepancy between the mocks for passwords: Alan's mocks show asterisks, but we're using the system specific dots that are provided by password inputs.
