+mikecase and I are adding Espresso and Robolectric to third_party chromium. And there are common dependencies between these two libraries. After discussion, we decided to follow the one version policy that there should only one version of these libraries (go/whyoneversion)

For anyone who would like to update the version libraries, please make sure at end, these only one version of a library in third_party. The target name of a library should not include the version number (e.g. "guava_java" instead of "guava_18_java")
