r8152: update driver in chromeos-3.10 branch

Project Member Reported by grundler@chromium.org, Jun 21 2016

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
See https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=518952

What is the expected output?
iperf -P2 and http://stanford.speedtest.googlefiber.net do not get TX timeouts when connected via RTL8153 USB GigE dongle.

What do you see instead?
Occasionally TX timeouts with some hosts.

chromeos-3.10 branch needs r8152 driver to be updated to be at the same level as chromeos-3.18.

The following boards currently use this kernel version:
banjo
candy
clapper
cranky
enguarde
expresso
glimmer
glimmer-cheets-private
gnawty
heli
kip
ninja
nyan
orco
parry
quawks
rambi
squawks
sumo
swanky
winky

consensus is to not update r8152 driver on older kernel unless there is specific bug fix/issue raised. ie same reasoning as for chromeos-3.8 branch.
