Unable to set default printing options

Reported by stephen....@ravennaschools.us, Jun 21 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set up Windows print server
2. Install Google Cloud print service
3. Set up printer with color capability
4. Share printer with user(s)
5. User prints from within Chrome using Google Cloud Print - color is set as default option for printing but user can change it to B/W to save on color toner

What is the expected behavior?
Would like to be able to define default print option of B/W printing with the option for the user to still print in color if desired

What went wrong?
Unable to set defaults for ANY print choices via Google Cloud Print printer(s) via Google management tools

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Being able to set 2-sided, B/W, paper size, tray, stapling, sorting,... options via mgt tool would really be a plus. The Cloud Print service already knows if device is color or B/W and communicates that to the client, so passing and setting options would seem to be a natural fit and very good in an Enterprise environment.

Components: Services>CloudPrint

Seems like a feature request for Cloud Print and/or Enterprise. Removing myself from the loop, adding component:Services>CloudPrint, and tentatively assigning to a cloud_print OWNER.
