CCJK and Complex script languages don't work on Google Docs.

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2773.0
Platform             : 8481.0.0


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  open Google Document/Spreadsheets/Presentation
(2)  set IME to Simplified Chinese 
(3)  enter "tian" on Google doc.

What is the expected result?
Should be able to see the candidate window and enter Chinese characters.

What happens instead?
The candidate window doesn't show up. Unable to enter Chinese characters



Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Works fine in omnibox, Findinpage, another input field.
Works fine in 8475.0.0	53.0.2768.0 - Candy
