Non-Regression : Focus is seen on two options at "More actions" icon in chrome://history

Version: 53.0.2774.2
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Open any pages to create history
(2)Go to chrome://history ->Now click on Three dot menu  and mouse hover on second option "Remove from history"
(3)Now observe Focus on First option also(Please refer Video)

Expected: Focus should be seen on selected option  at "More actions" icon in chrome://history.
Actual: Instead Focus is seen on two options


This is Non-Regression Issue seen from 50.0.2638.0

able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 53.0.2774.2.
Marking it as Untriaged to get it addressed.
