Non Regression: Overlapping of three dot menu list and cancel icon is seen in chrome://md-settings/managePasswords page.

Version: 53.0.2774.2 Dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>navigate to chrome://md-settings/managePasswords page.
(2)Click on three dot menu in saved passwords section and observe the dropdown menu list in saved passwords section and cancel icon in Never saved section.

Expected:Proper spacing should be given such that menulist and cancel icon doesnot overlap.
Actual:Instead spacing issue is seen (Dropdown list overlaps with the cancel icon)

This is a Non-regression issue as it is seen from 52.0.2709.0 dev build.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 53.0.2774.2 .This is not observed on Mac 10.11.5 using chrome version 53.0.2774.2.
Marking it as Untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.
