It seems that the page load is failing after the provisional load for the Main Frame is complete, so error page is not shown.

Please find the details 1.Android Version - M OS 2.Device Model - Samsung android mobile 3.Chrome version on Mobile - it is shown in the video, with chrome://version Regarding the steps to reproduce, it is not always, it is rare timing scenario. 1) Load a URL - eg. bing.com, load complete 2) Load a dailymotion.co.uk, load starts 3) once the progress is around 10%, switch off the Wifi or data network. The network needs to be disconnected before any sub-resource content are received/renderered.
