Regression: Unwanted line is seen beside scroll bar of drop down list on chrome://md-settings/fonts

Chrome Version:53.0.2773.0 (Official Build)ced2fcee2c85702055d028f4e3e48c5a75a7e41c-refs/heads/master@{#400610} 64 bit
OS: Mac Pro (10.10.5, 10.11.5), Mac Retina(10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/fonts
2. Click on any drop down and observe r.h.s of dropdown border of scrollbar.

Actual: Unwanted vertical line is seen beside scroll bar of drop down list.
Expected: Scroll bar of the drop down list should be seen properly.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 53’ and below is narrow bisect:

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

Above issue is reproducible on Latest Chrome Version:53.0.2774.0 (Official Build) b0f304cf34c7a20dcab2f8de8f4941521c6a0f9b-refs/heads/master@{#400850}

Good build: 53.0.2746.0
