It takes a long time for textarea to accept a huge value

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 版本 51.0.2704.84 m URLs (if applicable) : https://arliang.github.io/demos/others/huge_value_for_textarea.html Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: 5.1.7(7534.57.2) windows 334ms Firefox: 46.0.1 about 548ms IE: Edge 348ms What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) enter an expression on (2) click start button (3) wheel up/down on textarea What is the expected result? Not take too long for response. Sometimes crash. What happens instead? It takes a long time on chrome in this case. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Tested the same on mac 10.11 chrome version 51.0.2704.103 observed that there is a delay in displaying the output (22981ms) compared to dev (8921ms) and canary (9181ms) Could you please try the same on latest builds and update the behavior. If you encounter a crash please provide us the crash ID from chrome://crashes for further investigation
