This everlasting bug is the issue tracker for weekly QUIC code change exports from internal codebase. 

src/net/quic is also partially shared with some internal codebase. Every change that lands in the shared code internally needs to be merged to Chromium, often with some hand-tailoring, which should be kept minimal to keep the two copies as close as possible.
