my LG comp. using Google OE has locked up. an error code SIL457 and 45.63.9.179 is noted witha phone # 844 316 2219 to fix

Reported by lauriere...@gmail.com, Jun 20 2016

Issue description

This is my wife's computer.
As described above the screen is locked up, rebooted system but still inactive. it also mentions a Zeus virus.
It insists that I call the 1 844 316 2219 to resolve issue.
Sorry I'm a Luddite with these things and cannot seem to remove the Virus.
The OE gives me no settings or any thing I can access while "locked".
At the moment I'm on the "guest" setting to access the web and all is well with that, but the regular setting (my wife) goes nowhere.
Please help.

This sounds like a bad extension has been installed. If you add a new user to the chromebook does that work fine too?
