Big: touchpads failing after resistor pullup fix

CrOS 51 seems to be breaking some Big users. We will revert the firmware, which brings back the pullup resistor issue. We will put in a new FW after we get one that fixes all issues.

Status: Fixed (was: Started)
The firmware is reverted to 5.0; marking as Fixed.  The last users will get this fix with the next dev channel build, as beta already got it and stable did not need it.
