EV badge is slightly cut off in RTL

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install hebrew version of chrome (not sure if this is required)
2. Open https://www.paypal.com/signin
3. See the green "Secured page" button at the URL bar

What is the expected behavior?
It shouldn't be cut off.

What went wrong?
The green button is slightly cut off by 1-2px.

Status: Fixed (was: Unconfirmed)
I verified this is not a problem in MD, so this should be fixed as of Chrome 53.
