Fix Grafana To NOT Report If Device Is Down |

Issue descriptionCurrently looking at the devserver load graph it shows chromeos4-devserver2 as a flat "working" line. That server is not working currently and I would expect it to NOT show up on the graph vs the last set of known working results.

+ Aviv - as a general process question, we need to figure out how we'll prioritize moving stats into monarch for services like this. This bug, specifically, is unlikely to be fixed in Grafana. Ideally, it'll be fixed in Monarch.... |
