Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.33 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install google chrome beta on Ubuntu 16.04 2. sudo apt upgrade when a new version of google chrome beta is out 3. What is the expected behavior? google chrome beta should get updated without any errors What went wrong? E: Failed to fetch http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/pool/main/g/google-chrome-beta/google-chrome-beta_52.0.2743.41-1_amd64.deb Hash Sum mismatch Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.33 Channel: beta OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I'm unable to reproduce this error when trying to install any Chrome channel on xenial. Perhaps some sort of outdated or corrupt repository cache? Maybe try again with 'apt-get clean; apt-get update'? |
