WebAudio layout tests fail on OSX 10.11

Issue description

The following tests fail when run on OSX 10.11.5.

webaudio/osc-negative-freq.html
webaudio/realtimeanalyser-freq-data.html

The failures look like the error threshold is a little too tight. Not sure why these fail.  Perhaps the FFT routines have changed slightly in this version of OSX?

Adjust WebAudio test thresholds for OSX 10.11

Slightly adjust thresholds for these tests so that they pass on OSX
10.11.  Differences are presumably because the FFT routines have
changed slightly.
