Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2768.0/8476.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy_Spring, Falco, Gnawty OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user>> go to settings>> go to people>> Click on choose a file>> try to add one picture from Files.app>> again change the picture by using any one of pics in the Change picture Overlay>> close Change picture overlay>> again open>> and observe Change picture overlay Expected: The uploaded image from Files.app should be there in Change picture overlay even after closing and on reopening. Actual: Instead there is no picture is seen Change picture overlay This is a Non- Regression issue as the same behavior is seen from 38.0.2125.44/6158.19.0 beta-channel daisy Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows Note: The uploaded image from Files.app is seen in Set wallpaper overlay even after closing and on reopening it.

We should check whether or not this is an issue in the new UI. If not, close as WontFix.

As far as I can tell this is WAI: a) If a file is selected, it remains in the list. b) If the user image is change to something else, the file remains in the list until a page refresh, at which point it is forgotten because we don't cache any list of recently added files. The file can be re-added by selecting the file icon. -> tbuckley @ to confirm desired behavior. Removing milestone marker and changing to a feaure request for (potentially) new behavior.
